As a Christian, we are taught to love our enemies but sometimes that is a perplexing task. We are only human with human flaws. I saw this car today, in my hometown, with my 9-year-old son who was quick to read it aloud with the beeping in the appropriate places. He did not understand any of it. When he questioned why anyone would feel that way and what it all meant, it was a challenge to be diplomatic. I had to explain that everyone had their right to freedom of speech, and everyone does not always agree. I do question the need to express profanity in plain view of young eyes, but that is another topic. I had to explain that no, not everyone loves God or believes in him. Yes, some people even hate him and although it is sad, it is the perfect example of free will.

He did not understand how anybody could not love God and it angered him.

He had lots of immature ideas about how to handle it and for half a second, I wanted to join in with his ideas. I will not lie–I glared at them at the light, and I really had to have my middle finger thrower under control. Again, I am a Christian and love Jesus big–but I am only human. I was just heated about having to have this conversation with my young son.

As I drove away, I immediately felt guilty for glaring at them and I had a heavy feeling I could not explain.

Should I have smiled, laughed, or thrown up a heart sign while mouthing Jesus loves you? I know they would have enjoyed the attention and laughed if they saw my view of the situation here on this blog. Despite the anger I had, it became the perfect opportunity to instruct my son about diversity and give him an example of freedom of speech.

Lots of people have been shocked at the satanic propaganda being pushed in commercials, social media, and even after-school clubs.

Recent reports have revealed a disturbing trend: satanic after-school clubs are popping up across the country, often going undetected by parents and teachers. The organizations, which generally target teenagers and young adults, seek to promote occult teachings and provide an outlet for those interested in exploring the darker side of life. Although the activities may appear harmless on the surface, many are deeply concerned about what could happen if left unchecked.

However, we must remember that freedom of speech is not only a two-way street but a plethora of highways going in so many different directions.

It is sad to say that at the very least this is what people put their beliefs in but at the same time, free will & diversity! I do not applaud or condone this behavior. I know our country was founded on God, Christian principles and yes, freedom of speech. I will remember that in my heart and continue to have the utmost respect for the veterans who have fought for us to have the ability to display empty rhetoric like the people who own the car above.

God Bless America!
